Carl J. Long Memorial Scholarship Application

The Carl J. Long Memorial Scholarship is awarded each Fall by the Alpha Phi Omega, Kappa Chapter Foundation to the incoming undergraduate student at Carnegie Mellon who best exemplifies Alpha Phi Omega's ideals of Leadership, Friendship, and Service but is not a member of the fraternity. A single scholarship of $500.00 is awarded each year.
Competition for scholarship is open to any incoming undergraduate student at Carnegie Mellon who will be starting in the Fall and is not a member of Alpha Phi Omega. The scholarship is in no way related to academic standing or ability, financial need, or any other criteria other than those specified in the application. It is to your advantage to be as complete as possible and respond to all questions. The information you provide may be checked by the selection committee or their representative.

Applications are due September 3, 2010 by 5:00 PM.

The decision of the board of directors is final.
